1. Scope of Consent
When you complete and submit one of the website's forms (property enquiry or callback request), your explicit consent is requested for the following processing operations, described in detail in the Aydınlatma Metni:
- to process and handle your enquiry — GMS Home recording and using your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry (property preferences, budget, comment);
- to deliver your enquiry as quickly as possible — transferring the above data as a message via the Telegram Messenger infrastructure, whose servers may be located outside Turkey, i.e. a cross-border transfer of personal data (KVKK Art. 9).
Beyond these two points, GMS Home does not process your personal data for any other purpose without separately requesting your consent (i.e. it does not rely on the disclosure notice alone).
2. Informed, Specific and Freely Given Consent
Before giving this consent, you may review who processes your data, for what purpose, to whom and where it may be transferred, how long it is kept, and what rights you have — all of which is set out in detail in the Aydınlatma Metni. We recommend reading it before ticking the consent box below.
3. Consequence of Withholding Consent
If you do not give explicit consent, the form cannot be submitted and your enquiry will not reach GMS Home — meaning the service cannot be provided through this channel. Contacting us directly by the phone number, email or WhatsApp link shown on the site does not depend on this consent.
4. Consent Statement
On the relevant website form, a separate mandatory checkbox records the following statement:
"I have read this Explicit Consent Text. I give my explicit consent to GMS Home processing my personal data for the purposes set out in Section 1, including the cross-border transfer of data via the Telegram Messenger infrastructure to deliver my enquiry."
This consent is given through a separate, mandatory checkbox on the form and is distinct from confirming that you have read the Aydınlatma Metni.
5. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to enisgumus1@gmail.com or by completing the Data Subject Request Form. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and does not automatically stop the processing of an enquiry already submitted — you may separately request that such an enquiry be closed.
6. Consent Record
The date consent was given, the page the form was submitted from, and the scope of the checkboxes ticked are recorded by GMS Home and retained as evidence that consent was obtained.
