How It Works
Once you fill in the form below and press the button, a pre-filled email will open in your email application — simply send it to complete your request. To help us verify your identity, please attach a photo or scan of an identity document (passport, ID card) to the email — this is required so that no one else can request data on your behalf.
Alternative Method
If you would rather not use the form, include the same details (name, contact, request type, description) and attach an identity-verifying document in an email to enisgumus1@gmail.com.
Response Time and Right to Complain
Your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest. If fulfilling it requires additional cost, a fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may apply. If your request is rejected, the response is considered insufficient, or no response is given within the statutory period, you may lodge a complaint with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response, and in any event within 60 days of your original request.
